What BETCYON is

BETCYON is an information and calculation service. It shows prices observed at sportsbooks and calculates stakes from them. It is not a sportsbook, places no bets, holds no money for betting and gives no betting or financial advice.

Who may use it

You must be an adult of legal betting age where you live, and betting must be lawful for you there. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you and the terms of every sportsbook you use; many sportsbooks restrict arbitrage betting and can limit or close accounts that practise it.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. A sign-in lasts 24 hours. BETCYON may suspend an account that is used to attack or overload the service or to break these terms.

Prices and calculations

Every price is the one last observed, with the time it was observed, and can change or be withdrawn at any moment. A calculation assumes that every price in it is still available and that every stake is accepted; it leaves out fees, stake limits and currency conversion. Sportsbooks settle cancelled, abandoned or unusual events in their own ways, which can change the result. A price check reads the prices again, but a price can still move between that reading and your bet.

Nothing on BETCYON guarantees a profit. You decide every bet and place it yourself.

BETCYON Pro

Pro is sold for a number of days at the price shown on the plans page. It is paid once, in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20), straight to BETCYON's wallet. Each invoice has its own exact amount, which is how a transfer is matched to it, and keeps that amount for 60 minutes. The days are added to your account once the TRON network confirms the transfer.

Nothing renews by itself. A transfer sent on another network, to another address or with another amount cannot be matched to an invoice. For a question about a payment, use the contact on the About page and quote the order number.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• copy or collect BETCYON's data automatically, or resell it;
• try to get around sign-in, Pro access or the limits on requests;
• attack, probe or overload the service.

Changes and availability

BETCYON changes as it is improved: features, the sportsbooks and markets it follows and the Pro price can change, and the service can be briefly unavailable while it is updated. When these terms change, the date above changes with them.

Liability

As far as the law allows, BETCYON is not responsible for losses that come from betting decisions, from prices that changed or were wrong at a sportsbook, or from anything a sportsbook does with your bets or your account.
